At Feathers Beauty Lab, our mission is to enhance natural beauty and boost confidence through expert permanent makeup and aesthetic treatments. We are committed to exceeding client expectations with every visit, ensuring a personalized and transformative experience.Founder Natasha, a former Paramedic with a passion for helping others, discovered her love for the beauty industry through her own journey of perfecting artistic techniques in eyebrow enhancement. In 2024, she became a certified Microblading and Microshading Artist, and in 2025, she expanded her expertise with a second certification in Nano Brows, specializing in Nanoshading and Ombré Powder Brows.Recognizing that beauty is more than just brows, Natasha furthered her training to offer advanced aesthetic services. She is certified in Comprehensive, Advanced, and Elite Botulinum Neurotoxin injections, providing Botox treatments for the full face and neck, and she is is trained in Lip Fillers to help clients achieve a more youthful, refreshed appearance.
Dr. Anna Rosinska - Medical Director
Dr. Anna Rosinska is a board-certified physician with well over 20 years of clinical experience. Her professional focus spans anti-aging medicine, dermatologic care, and aesthetic treatments. She is known for combining medical expertise with a calm, patient-centered approach that helps people feel understood and comfortable throughout their care.Her medical training began in Warsaw, Poland, where she completed medical school, an internship, and two years of dermatology residency. She later moved to the United States to continue her career in internal medicine, completing her residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York City and graduating in 1998. After earning her board certification, she relocated with her family to West Texas and successfully built a thriving private practice.Over time, she noticed many patients expressing concerns about their appearance and overall confidence, which inspired her to broaden her services. She pursued advanced education in numerous cosmetic and wellness treatments; including mesotherapy, medical weight-management methods, laser technology, Botox and dermal filler administration, sclerotherapy, photo rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures. She has also completed additional training in women’s health, bioidentical hormone therapy, allergy evaluation, longevity, and modern anti-aging approaches.Today, Dr. Rosinska brings all of these skills together to deliver comprehensive, accessible care in one setting, supporting patients in both their health and their confidence.
